Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your SYBIL Boutique choice and we want your on-line shopping to be a pleasant and hassle free experience. To ensure this we suggest, before you purchase please check and use our sizing guide and read our descriptions on item fit and styling. If you have a question or are unsure about any items fit or its shape/style, please do not hesitate to contact our shop and a member of staff will try to advise you before you purchase.
However, if you wish to return an item you must PHONE the shop or EMAIL as soon as possible, to give notice of your return and when we should expect to receive it.

We ask you to read our policy below before returning any items.
We would appreciate items returned within 7 days of Receipt
Please do not make a return without first contacting us, please note if you proceed to make a return without contacting us it will delay and cause a problem in the returns process which may mean your return does not get processed in a timely fashion.
In your delivery you will receive a RETURNS FORM, it is essential to complete the form and enclose with the returned item.
The Item must be in Re-Saleable condition when returned and received by the store. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, they must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place (if any are missing we will not accept the return).
We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe. When trying on please be careful with respect to openings, and please ensure no Tan or Make-up transfers to garment fabric.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase as per shop issued receipt enclosed when sent.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BACK TO US WITHIN the maximum of 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Are there any items which cannot be returned?
YES, We will not accept returns on any items which do not have the original ticketing and security tags attached, Or items which appear to have been worn/used Or have any Make-Up stains from trying on. We kindly ask that you do not try on items without using a scarf covering your face, and please do not try on if you are wearing a Tan or Oil Based moisturisers. Thank You.
All Earrings and Clip-On jewellery, hair accessories, Hats, Swim-Wear and bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are non-refundable
SALE or Special Offer Discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, they are discounted for this reason
If you return a 'non-refundable' item without our approval we will not be able to process it. We will be happy to return the item to you however additional postage costs will be required and we would require you to contact us to initiate this and arrange payment of same otherwise we cannot return it to you.
Items which are outside of our 14 days return policy will not be processed. We will contact you to inform you.
How much does it cost to return an item and What is best method of return?
Sorry we do not offer free returns and we do not guarantee returns so we strongly recommend you use a courier service or a tracking postal service.
Should returned items get damaged in the process of returns that is your responsibility and a refund will not be issued.
What if I receive the wrong item or a Faulty item?
In the rare instance that you receive the wrong item or a faulty item we would incur the cost of the return, however we request using our own courier service,. To initiate this, please telephone the shop and speak with a member of staff whom will take your details and arrange collection.
Upon the shop receiving and reviewing the faulty item, they will either correct the mistake if the wrong item was sent or if faulty, they will contact designer/manufacturer and report to customer what they are proposing as the solution, which maybe a replacement if available.
Any items returned without following this process will not be accepted.
Do I get a refund on my Initial Delivery Charges?
We do not refund initial delivery charges. If you are making an international return please be aware we will NOT pay any customs charge on returning items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure charges are paid for before returning. Returns requiring customs charges at our side in the Rep. of Ireland will not be accepted and they remain with the postal service, the parcel will be automatically returned to you the sender usually within 21 days.
Repeat Returns History
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued/excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your SYBIL on-line Boutique account or future orders being refused.
